Heckler Koch IAR is nearly identical with HK416.It is modified
with a heavier barrel and includes a bayonet lug.
M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle (IAR)
United States Marine Corps (USMC) will use this weapon under the
name M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle. USMC chose the
M27 to
replace the M249 SAW (FN Minimi) light machine guns in
their Squad
Automatic Weapon (SAW) role.
